TREFFLER TG precision cultivator

This precise, manoeuvrable and versatile cultivator is indispensable in agriculture. The cultivator, which is applicable all the year round and for many different tasks, will help you to achieve the best results.

The precision cultivator, which is inseparable from organic farming, has been used by AUGA group since 2015. Experience shows that this version of cultivator is the best on the market thanks to its horizontal cutting feature and the ability to maintain an accurate working depth at all times.

What is it for?

TG series precision cultivator is used for weed control and soil preparation before sowing. It is also applied to restore soil structure after harvest, to stop capillary moisture evaporation and to promote the germination of stray grain seeds. The precision cultivator is used both after harvesting in autumn, and in preparing the soil for sowing. It is applicable for all crops.

How does it work?

The tines enter the soil at a precisely set and maintained depth and cut out weeds. The soil levellers, which are mounted under the feet of the cultivator, even out the soil surface. The rear harrow pulls out all cut weeds to the soil surface so that they dry up completely, without taking root. Any remaining clumps or turf are further crushed with the help of a double ring packer rollers. In this way, the soil structure is restored.

Features:

  • The working depth is maintained with extreme precision (from 2 cm). The tandem support wheels and a double ring packer roller enable very precise ground contouring.
  • The hydraulic stone protection system maintains the working depth of the duck foot tine even in difficult working conditions. This stone protection system prevents damage to the when obstacles occur. This ensures even work at the constant depth and germination of seeds or stray grain.
  • The duck foot tines (horizontal cutting technology) work parallel to the soil surface. As a result, the capillaries are not closed, and the soil is less compacted. When working with this horizontal cutting technology, air and moisture circulate better in the soil, and better root growth is ensured. Low-resistance cutting also ensures lower fuel consumption.
  • Arrangement of the tines: every 4 cm, in each line, on both sides. The tines are firmly attached, they do not move to the sides and overlap is ensured. Such an arrangement of the tines ensures full tillage and complete excision of weeds.
  • High manoeuvrability – steering angles of up to 100 degrees can be achieved. This makes it possible to save time and to reduce the soil compaction.
  • Automatic lifting and folding ensure convenient transportation.
  • Weight distribution between the equipment and the tractor (up to 1,500 kg to the side of the tractor) results in good traction, greater stability and better handling. It also ensures good manoeuvrabilityand a small turning radius in headlands.

Optional equipment:

  • Tandem chassis.
  • Rigid feet with hydraulic protection.
  • Tines in carbide steel which prolong the service life by 7 to 10 times, always remain sharp and reduce soil compaction.
  • Levellers.
  • Double ring packer roller.
  • Harrow weeder.

Equipment improvements done:

  • Reinforced rear roller.
  • The tandem roller bearings have been changed to larger ones.
  • The number of bushings has been changed (now there are 4 of the instead of 2) in the coulter foot holder. This way a longer service life is ensured.
  • Reinforced frame construction.
